Dig Dev LLC, doing business as Lenix Health (“Lenix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit LenixHealth.com, create or use a Lenix account, communicate with us, or otherwise use our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to general use of the Lenix Services. Certain healthcare organizations may use Lenix to process information on behalf of patients or other individuals. Where Lenix processes protected health information (“PHI”) on behalf of a healthcare organization subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), that information may also be governed by the applicable healthcare organization's privacy practices, agreements with Lenix, and applicable law.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Lenix.

- Organization or company name
- Professional role or title
- Account and profile information
- Facility or provider information

- Information you provide when requesting support
Authorized users may also submit information through the Lenix platform as part of care-placement and referral workflows. Additional requirements concerning healthcare and patient information may apply to those activities.
Account and Authentication Information
Lenix may use mobile telephone numbers, verification codes, or similar technologies to authenticate users and provide access to the Services. We may maintain records relating to account creation, authentication, login activity, account access, and security events.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Services, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

3. Healthcare Information
Lenix provides technology that can be used by healthcare organizations, care providers, and other authorized participants to facilitate care-placement and referral workflows. As part of those Services, authorized users may submit patient or healthcare-related information to Lenix. When Lenix receives PHI on behalf of an organization subject to HIPAA, Lenix's handling of that information may be governed by HIPAA, an applicable Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”), other agreements between Lenix and that organization, and applicable law. This general Privacy Policy does not replace a healthcare provider's Notice of Privacy Practices or any BAA governing Lenix's processing of PHI.
4. Automated Processing and Technology
Lenix may use automated technologies to assist with functions such as processing submitted information, extracting information from documents, organizing information, evaluating placement criteria, and identifying potentially compatible providers. These technologies are designed to assist authorized users in managing placement workflows. Automated processing may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Hospitals, healthcare professionals, care providers, and other authorized users remain responsible for reviewing relevant information and making their own clinical, eligibility, placement, care, and admission decisions.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, including to the following parties.
Authorized Organizations and Users
Information may be made available to hospitals, referral organizations, care providers, facilities, and their authorized users when necessary to facilitate a referral or placement workflow. Access may depend on the user's role, organization, permissions, and stage of the placement process.
Service Providers
We may use third-party companies to provide infrastructure and services such as:
- Hosting and cloud infrastructure
- Data storage
- Authentication
- Communications
- Email and SMS delivery
- Analytics
- Security
- Document processing
- Customer support
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

The Lenix Services are intended for use by adults and authorized professionals and are not directed to children for independent use. We do not knowingly solicit children to create Lenix accounts. Information concerning a minor may nevertheless be processed through the Services when submitted by an authorized healthcare organization or other authorized party as part of a legitimate referral or care-placement workflow.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, or services. This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third parties. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services they use.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this Privacy Policy. When required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
